Game Score Entry
Username & password and instructions on how to score games has been emailed to all coaches. If you did not receive this information, please email ed@southeastbasketball.com.
IMPORTANT *** Game Scores are only accepted for 48 hours after the Game Start Time so make sure you are promptly entering your scores.
Scoring is only accepted online, there is no need to drop off the game sheets at any of our facilities. Scoresheets should be kept by the coaches until the end of the season, in case EYBA requests to review them.
TO ENTER SCORES FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Login using the ADMIN LOGIN on our website (top left corner of the home page).
2. Once Logged in (using the login and password info provided from SEBA), CLICK LEAGUE GAMES FROM THE MENU ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE.
3. Find the game you wish to score, and CLICK THE GREEN PENCIL (Gamesheet).
4. You will need to enter the HOME SCORE, AWAY SCORE, and check the box GAME IS FINISHED. Without all three, the game result won't reflect in the standings.
5. IMPORTANT - NEW THIS YEAR - The winning team must upload a copy of the gamesheet. Scroll down to the bottom there will be a spot to upload a file. Click CHOOSE FILE and select the correct file (PDF or picture), Select the correct FILE TYPE - GAMESHEET, then select UPLOAD FILE.
Please note: If there is an incident where a game needs to be reviewed and the scoresheet hasn’t been uploaded, the winning team’s zone will be fined $25, and the game will be defaulted by the winning (previously) team.
